MEET OUR MATES

Over the years, we've had the pleasure of getting to know the incredible crocs that call the Adelaide River home. We've become quite the experts on their quirks, habits, and unique personalities, even giving each of them their own special name.

While some people might reckon they're all just scaly clones, we see them as part of our extended Croc Spot Tours family. Now, we're not suggesting you pop the kettle on and invite them round for a barbie, or offer them a friendly scratch behind the ears. But what we do offer is a deep respect for these magnificent creatures and a burning desire to the crocodile's story for them.

  • Spot

    Being the smallest crocodile we feed, Spot's gender remains a mystery due to size. Spot thrives on proving prowess and being adept to escape and evasion. This underdog exudes confidence and fearlessness, making each encounter a captivating spectacle.

  • Sneaky

    Meet Sneaky, the male crocodile known for his cunning and stealth. With sharp senses and a sly demeanor, he navigates the waters with calculated precision, always seeking the perfect opportunity. Whether lurking beneath the surface or basking in the sun, Sneaky commands attention with his enigmatic presence.

  • Hoppy

    Meet Hoppy, the graceful female crocodile. With her agile movements she captivates with her elegance and poise. But don't be fooled by her serene demeanor; beneath it lies a formidable predator ready to strike with precision.

While Croc Spot Tours might have "crocs" in the name, our adventures along the Adelaide River aren't just about our scaly friends. You might just catch sight of some other wildlife too.

Now, we can't promise you'll spot them all, but keep your eyes peeled for the majestic Jabiru, soaring sea eagles, the mighty buffalo, elegant egrets, and cheeky whistling kites, just to name a few.
